Coil Shock Overhaul (200hr)

Thorough cleaning of the outside of the shock. inspection of the shock for damage and wear. Check for proper function.

Complete disassembly of the shock. Isolating every part, coil, body, shock shaft, shims, bearing assembly, base valve, adjusters, reservoir, and IFP.

Thorough cleaning and inspection of damper components for wear or damage. Replace and grease/lube all seals, o-rings, glide rings, and bushings.

Re-assemble all components (with the appropriate loctite when applicable) and torqued to factory specifications.

Bleed damper to remove all air.

Dyno test for proper functions.

Previous damper and spring settings restored.

New shock DU bushings and eyelet hardware if worn or upon request.

Final cleaning to remove any excess oil / grease from providing the service.
